After your form is successfully submitted, a Vincentian (volunteer) will contact you within 48 hours.

**We cannot provide aid to residents in Hartford, Harrisburg, Brandon, and all other surrounding towns at this time through this online form. As of August 2025, residents of Tea, SD are able to apply.

* Assistance spots are limited by the number of volunteers we have each week.
