* It is possible to start filling out the form before spots are filled, then click submit and have the form be closed to further
submissions. The form is still working correctly if this happens.

**Based on volunteer availability, we open the form up on Monday evenings at 7pm.
You will receive communication from a Vincentian (volunteer) within 24-48 hours after your form has been successfully submitted.
